Cutting Breed

Cutting Breed designed their cards with bold flat colors. This set featured the logo in black over a bright red background, but they also got a second set printed with the colors inverted (red logo and black background) to mix the two styles. The front logo is coated in spot uv gloss, and the back has a small box for writing in an appointment. Finally rounded corners were added to compliment the logo style and rounded elements in the rest of the business card design.

Coaching by Jasmine

We designed these cards for Jasmine's coaching business with copper foil wording on the back side in her slogan and then had it surrounded by the slogan repeating in spot uv. The background had a subtle blue gradation that would compliment the copper foil nicely and match the subtle blues that existed in her picture on the front side. Using her photo to the left of her contact information helped to add a personal touch that is important to communicate in a coaching business. 

BrightLounge

There are a few interesting uses of effects on this unique silk business card. The front is silk laminated with spot uv over the logo. The back has spot uv over the world map with silver foil stamping for location markers on the map. Finally, only two of the four corners are rounded for a modern look. 

Brandthumb

Brandthumb designed their business cards to be printed on our suede lamination finish. On the front of their business card they have added a unique and extremely detailed thumbprints. The tactile experience created from the velet-like feeling of our suede business cards really fits nicely with a business named "Brandthumb".

Bonfire Wines

The vibrant pink in the bonfire wines logo contrasts great against the dark background on this silk business card. Bonfire wines used spot uv to have a glossy silhouette of their logo appear around their logo in white and pink. Overall this is a great example of a modern and unique silk business card design.

Blu Lounge and The Hideaway

Blu Lounge designed their silk business card to have the words, "Blu Lounge and The Hideaway" coated over one side of the business card with a spot UV gloss. The other side of the business card also uses spot uv, but this time over the black logo and lettering. 

Blaze

Blaze designed their cards with a simple choice of suede and spot UV. They chose a dark grey ink for the background of their card and contrasted it with vibrant blues and purples from their logo that we covered with spot gloss. 

Beautiful Beasties

Beautiful Beasties designed her suede business cards to incorporate her detailed illustration work. We worked with her to add spot uv gloss to the brightest white highlights on the tongues of the beasts illustration. The end result of the subtle spot uv highlights created a deep contrast and gloss on the tongues in the illustration that normally would not be possible in print. On the back her logo was added as blind spot uv, and the corners were rounded 1/4" to finish it off.

Anana Vestige

Anana Vestige designed their silk business cards with a combination of spot UV and gold foil. We love when blind spot UV is used as a pattern across the background to contrast against foil stamped areas and Anana implemented this idea well in their design. We suggested the also add spot gloss over the green leaves on the reverse side where the logo looks hidden behind the leaves because of the cutout shape in the gold foil stamp.

Alter Chiropractic

After helping Dr. Alter with his business cards he had some other ideas for us to help with. We created a complete package for him with letterhead, envelopes, appointment cards, and these VIP cards. We used a lot of blind spot UV in the design to give these cards a modern appearance that stands out. The Effect of the spot UV is especially cool on the skull logo with bright glossy orange and blind black spot UV. 

Alchemy Art

Alchemy Art always has interesting designs for us to help them print. We helped them with a customized foil stamped silk card that uses red foil. The cat illustration appearing in red foil makes it looks like a splash of magic ink coming from the pen.
