Atlas
Atlas designed their business cards with a modern and futuristic style. The background on these silk business cards is filled with stars in space and subtle gradations which contrast the modern logotype stamped in silver foil.
Anna Szeto
Anna Szeto had her cards designed with a gold foil signature that was cut out in certain areas to create the effect that the foil was behind the ink. Since foil is stamped on top of the rest of the business card, this cut out gold foil design made to appear as if it were inline or below other elements came out nicely both on the front and back of the card.
Anana Vestige
Anana Vestige designed their silk business cards with a combination of spot UV and gold foil. We love when blind spot UV is used as a pattern across the background to contrast against foil stamped areas and Anana implemented this idea well in their design. We suggested the also add spot gloss over the green leaves on the reverse side where the logo looks hidden behind the leaves because of the cutout shape in the gold foil stamp.
Alter Chiropractic
After helping Dr. Alter with his business cards he had some other ideas for us to help with. We created a complete package for him with letterhead, envelopes, appointment cards, and these VIP cards. We used a lot of blind spot UV in the design to give these cards a modern appearance that stands out. The Effect of the spot UV is especially cool on the skull logo with bright glossy orange and blind black spot UV.
Alchemy Art
Alchemy Art always has interesting designs for us to help them print. We helped them with a customized foil stamped silk card that uses red foil. The cat illustration appearing in red foil makes it looks like a splash of magic ink coming from the pen.
3-sixty
3-sixty designed their silk business cards to have a simple two color design (blue and white). The large, bold "3-sixty" text on the blue side of the card is finished with spot uv gloss and the blue circle on the opposite side also has spot uv. The 1/4" rounded corners that we cut on this card match nicely with the rounded number "3" in the logo. This business card is a good example of applying a unique and luxurious style on a high end card, without it needing to be so flashy or overstated.
